Our router primarily supports three carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. If you are unable to access the Internet, please follow the steps below (ensure that your sim card is activated): 1. Insert the sim card, connect the power, and turn on the router. 2. Wait 2~3 minutes for the router to respond, and observe the indicator light (refer to the user manual for details). 3. Use your computer to connect to WiFi using the information on the label on the back of the router. 4. Open the webpage "192.168.1.1" using a browser and log in (Default username: admin Password: FIRSTNUM). 5. Click Mobile → Click APN and enter the information based on the sim card of the carrier you are using.
