Upgrade to the latest firmware: Download the latest firmware from cudy.com/lt500_software_download. Unzip the firmware. Connect to LT500's network via WiFi or Ethernet. Follow manual instructions to log into the web management page of LT500. Go to Advanced Settings -> Firmware, Choose the firmware you unzipped to upload. Wait 2 minutes for it to restart.

To ensure connectivity, enable IPv6 under Advanced Settings, and set TTL to 64 and HL to 65. Under General Settings -> 3G/4G, set APN profile as Manual, APN as VSBLINTERNET, and Authentication as PAP+CHAP. Save settings.
